Warbler Collection
As a new photographer you are trying to see and follow a variety of artists to see their craft and style. I came across Paul Rossi as I was surfing the net one evening, and his image kestrel image grabbed my attention. And over the next couple of months that was a common theme. Paul had many striking images as I learned since he was a twenty year native to Northern Michigan. I soon learned that he hosted “Northern Warblers and More …” workshops in Michigan’s Eastern Upper Peninsula. This spring I had the opportunity to join one of Paul’s workshops … it was a true wilderness experience. Being in the northern forest with a pro that knows more about bird life, vocals, behavior and habitat than any pro I have worked with in the past. It was truly amazing.
